For USA orders $50 or above: FREE domestic ground shipping

Standard shipping time to metro areas is 3-7 business days (continental U.S.)

For orders under $50: Flat rate standard shipping of $8

Expedited shipping is $15: Estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

Express orders will be dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International delivery

For Asia Pacific region, we deliver to New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

For European countries, we deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Spain, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Ireland.

International delivery can take 5-20 business days, depending on the local post office or courier service.



We can provide a store credit or exchange for most purchases within 30 days of delivery. 

All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals attached.  

  • What if I want to exchange my item for a different color, size or product?

If you would like to exchange an item you’ve received, please contact us at service@purpleshe.com to let us know.

For the change of mind returns, we do not cover return postage costs. Please

allow up to 2 weeks for exchange processing. 

Store credit will be provided where an exchange product is unavailable.



  • What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered? 

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However,

if you find our product is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. 

Returns for refund will be accepted for faulty products or delivered products that do not match your order. Please email us  service@purpleshe.com with a photo of the defect, or a description of the wrong item you received, as well as your order number so we can provide you a prepaid postage label and detailed return instructions.



  • How are refunds processed? 

Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged. Ie: A Paypal payment will be refunded via the Paypal account used on the original purchase. 

Postage and return postage costs are non-refundable.
